Statistical modeling and informatics tools for identifying the important biomarkers and copy number estimation for SNP array.
Di Huang received her Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from City University of Hong Kong. She is currently a postdoc research fellow in Bioinformatics, The Methodist Hospital Research Institute. Her research interests include statistical modeling and informatics tools to identify the important biomarkers for complex disease, such as metabolic diseases and cancers, and infer pathways further for understanding them.
